The Mega Sg itself is a FPGA-based, cycle-accurate reimplementation of the original Mega Drive/Genesis. The hardware and software guts of this beast have been designed by nobody else but Kevin “Kevtris” Horton, who also did all the hard work behind Analogue’s Nt mini, as well as the Super Nt, which are the NES and SNES equivalents.
We personally already got the first two items on it’s list (well, the first one we pre-ordered on the same day the Mega Sg was announced back in 2018), while the 3rd one was already on our personal “gotta get one some day” list.. So yeah, maybe now is a good time 🙂
How about you? Did you pre-order the Mega Sg itself? And which of the items ScarletSprites suggests have you checked off already?
